We are looking for a results-driven professional to own our user retention and lifecycle marketing efforts and help Arise become a leader in the Health & Fitness category. Responsibilities

  • Lead user retention and lifecycle marketing activities in close collaboration with the CEO, focusing on onboarding, engagement, and reactivation.
  • Plan, organize, and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels, including segmentation, messaging, and automation.
  • Develop and maintain campaign calendars, user journey maps, lifecycle playbooks, and SOPs.
  • Conduct cohort, funnel, and retention analyses to identify drop-off points and churn drivers, proposing and implementing improvements.
  • Manage quality assurance, A/B testing, and optimization of user journeys, campaigns, and internal processes.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product, development, marketing, and customer support to enhance retention-focused features and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, unsubscribe management, and messaging regulations.
  • Monitor and report on lifecycle KPIs (retention, churn, engagement) via dashboards, presenting findings to management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external partners (e.g., CRM or ESP providers) and explore new retention channels and monetization opportunities.
  • Participate in strategic planning, campaign prioritization, and reactivation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention (app experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a data-related field is preferred.
  • Excellent command of English; German or Russian is a plus.
