Senior Private Jet Charter Broker (German Speaking)

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: £50,000 base - £65,000 (circa €60,000 - €74,000)

Commission: Monthly, uncapped up to 20%

Hours: Full time

About the Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to join a growing private jet charter brokerage in a senior, high-impact position, working directly alongside the Head of Sales for the DACH region.

The role sits as the second-in-command within the territory, offering significant autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to help drive regional growth. The business operates as a pure brokerage model, meaning success is driven by your ability to develop and grow your own client portfolio, supported by some inbound opportunities.

This position is ideal for an experienced charter broker who is commercially driven, entrepreneurial, and motivated by both leadership exposure and earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, managing, and growing your own portfolio of private aviation clients across the region
  • Acting as a senior presence within the territory, supporting the Head of Sales with regional growth strategy
  • Handling charter enquiries from initial brief through to post-flight follow-up
  • Proactively generating new business through outbound activity, networking, and relationship development
  • Sourcing suitable aircraft globally and negotiating competitive charter solutions
  • Owning the full charter lifecycle including logistics coordination and execution
  • Building long-term relationships with UHNW individuals, corporates, operators, and suppliers
  • Delivering consistently high levels of personalised service across all bookings
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline management

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a private jet charter broker
  • Fluent German (written and spoken)
  • Strong track record of building and growing a book of business
  • Commercially driven with strong outbound business development capability
  • Confident managing high-value clients and complex charter requirements
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple live enquiries simultaneously
  • Strong negotiation skills and aviation market knowledge
