Your Responsibilities

• Product development from ideation to full market readiness
• Evaluation and onboarding of retail products and third-party brands
• Market and competitor analysis, identifying customer needs and trends
• Assortment and product management throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Calculation, price definition, and contribution margin responsibility
• Attending trade fairs, visiting manufacturers, and engaging with trade partners
• Acquiring and collaborating with cooperation partners
• Working closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Media Design, PIM Management, E-Commerce, and Photo/Video Production
• Communicating and collaborating with governing bodies and associations of educational institutions

Your Profile

• A relevant, successfully completed degree (e.g., in Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, Business Informatics) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in product management
• Strong customer focus and affinity for the education sector
• Interest in digital products and digitalization, along with a commitment to continuously improving the learning environment in kindergartens and schools
• Very good PC and MS Office skills
• Good English language skills
• A high degree of initiative, teamwork, execution strength, and organizational skills
• Nice-to-have: Experience with CMS/PIM/MAM systems and ERP systems
