Your Mission:

  • Support our QM team in daily operations.
  • Participate in the maintenance and further development of ISO 9001 processes and assist with audits and document control.
  • Support the setup and further development of a risk management system (e.g., ISO 27001, ITIL).
  • Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and KPIs.
  • Assist with training, awareness measures, and quality reviews.
  • Contribute to data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Engage in the introduction of digital tools, AI, and automation solutions.
  • Take responsibility for smaller projects in the area of digital transformation.

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship or a degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, IT Management, or Business Administration) – or a comparable qualification.
  • Ideally, you have initial experience in quality management, IT service management, or regulated environments.
  • You have basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and ideally have had initial exposure to ISO 27001, ITIL, or GAMP5.
  • You have a strong affinity for digitalization, data analysis, and modern tools.
  • Topics such as AI, automation, and digital transformation interest you, and you wish to develop further in this area.
  • You work in a structured, careful, and self-reliant manner while also possessing team spirit and a hands-on mentality.
  • You communicate confidently in German and well in English.
  • You impress with organizational skills, initiative, and clear communication.
