Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications
• Support the testing and validation of business solutions
• Help document business processes and workflows

Requirements

Entry-Level / Associate Expectations (0--2 years):

• Experience with business analysis, relevant studies, personal projects, or internships
• Understanding of core business analysis concepts
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum is a plus)
• A willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow your analytical skills

General Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time
