Role Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst for a full-time hybrid role based in Aachen, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this dynamic role, the Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and document business processes and requirements. You will assist in defining project goals, propose process improvements, and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Additionally, you will evaluate business data, provide actionable insights, and help drive effective decision-making and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Proven Analytical Skills and a strong ability to interpret complex data sets
- Expertise in Business Analysis, including identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise between teams and present findings
- Proficiency in Business Process mapping, optimization, and enhancement
- Strong ability to gather, document, and manage Business Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques is advantageous
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
