We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AI Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software development, and who enjoy solving complex technical problems and building intelligent, reliable, and scalable AI-powered solutions in a fully remote work environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain AI and machine learning applications and features
- Build and integrate AI/ML models into software applications and production systems
- Work with data preprocessing, model evaluation, and performance optimization
- Develop and maintain APIs and services for AI-powered applications
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders in a remote team environment
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to software development and AI engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to AI systems and applications
- Assist with model deployment, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and development tools
- Contribute to improving AI system quality, performance, scalability, security, and reliability
✅ Requirements
- Entry-Level / Junior (0--3+ years of experience, internships included)
- Degree or relevant experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or similar)
- Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts
- Experience or familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, databases, APIs, and version control (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with data preprocessing, model evaluation, and basic deployment concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative remote team environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn and grow
- Fluent in English
- Based in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time in Germany
