Your Role in the SAP Team
Our SAP team in the German-speaking region comprises experienced SAP consultants who plan, implement, and operate transformation projects and programs in the SAP environment across various industries. As a Principal SAP SuccessFactors, you will hold strategic and operational responsibility for parts of the HCM portfolio within our German SAP team. In collaboration with the SAP Management Team and other units, you will lead and shape the further development of the SAP HCM/SuccessFactors portfolio, including acquiring new clients in partnership with our sales departments.
Your Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on the conceptualization of HR processes and the modeling of business processes, considering all integration aspects within SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Take responsibility for the holistic view, functional evaluation, and effort estimation of solution alternatives, including planning and implementing the technical SAP solution, testing, and training.
- Prepare and present decision papers on process design and target architectures at the management level.
- Undertake the functional planning, leadership, and execution of SAP HCM projects, and mentor junior consultants.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities and actively support presales and sales activities in the HCM sector.
Your Profile:
- Completed university degree.
- Several years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting and SAP HCM, as well as experience in SAP presales and business development.
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
- High customer orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, intuition, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a high degree of results and quality orientation.
