Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic Client Acquisition: Identify and engage new clients in the mid-sized manufacturing sector, while nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to contract finalization and handover to the project team.
- Solution Development: Analyze client needs and collaborate with specialist departments to create tailored SAP solutions, with a focus on S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and GROW with SAP.
- Offer and Contract Negotiation: Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets and ensure long-term success.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting and CRM: Generate reports and maintain the CRM system for transparency.
Your Profile:
- Completed technical or business administration degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in solution sales of SAP products, preferably S/4HANA, throughout the entire sales cycle.
- In-depth knowledge of key SAP products and licensing models.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with a confident demeanor.
- Existing network within SAP and ideally in our core industry.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany.
