  • Exercise entrepreneurial responsibility for the technical leadership of large SAP programs and project teams, or sub-projects within a multi-project environment (over 50 team members).
  • Ensure project objectives are met regarding time, budget, and quality, driving project success and client satisfaction in projects up to €30 million.
  • Plan, lead, and manage resources for international and multidisciplinary projects (technologies, organizations), both internal and external, with Profit & Loss responsibility. This includes managing rollouts, transitions, transformations, and developments within defined processes and methods.
  • Monitor project progress, create status reports, review and track defined project KPIs across all project phases, and document project outcomes and lessons learned upon completion.

  • Minimum of 10 years of project management experience with profound expertise in consolidating and harmonizing business processes and IT applications within the SAP ERP environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP technologies in Supply Chain, CRM, and Analytics, understanding their interdependencies. Ideally, you have experience with the challenges and clean-core requirements of private and public cloud implementations.
  • PMP certification or equivalent, with strong knowledge of common consulting and project management methodologies and tools, especially in the SAP context. Proficiency in SAP Activate for S/4HANA implementations and experience with agile methodologies like SCRUM are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in the technical leadership of teams.
  • Experience in implementing clients' strategic concepts, identifying business opportunities, and developing new business.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, process knowledge, and industry expertise (e.g., Manufacturing, Telecommunication, Energy, Electronics, Healthcare). Strong communication, client focus, and contract management skills are essential.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Personal attributes: Initiative, decisiveness, results-orientation, organizational skills, assertiveness, and teamwork.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

What We Offer

  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible working models (part-time, sabbatical, flexible hours), 30 days of paid annual leave, and mobile work options (e.g., home office).
  • Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with collective agreement, company pension plan, and capital-forming benefits tailored to your needs.
  • Collaboration & Growth: A diverse and inclusive environment with national and international employee networks, and extensive learning opportunities through customized training programs for your individual development.
  • Health & Sustainability: Comprehensive health programs, extensive inclusion agreements for an accessible work environment, and a strong commitment to sustainability in our solutions and operations.
