For our Service Field Finance, Regulations and Procurement in the Tribe Risk and Compliance, we are looking for you, full-time or part-time (min. 30 hours/week), as a Risk and Compliance Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Processes & Audits in Karlsruhe or Münster.

Responsibilities with Perspective:

  • You will be responsible for the analysis and risk-based assessment of existing and newly implemented control measures and their implementation by the business unit.
  • You will control the assessments of the controls by the IKS (Internal Control System) responsible persons and identify process and system weaknesses as well as optimization potential.
  • You will work closely with external auditors and contribute to the preparation of regulatory reports and the governance of Atruvia AG.
  • You will support business units in further developing controls and underlying processes, considering regulatory requirements.
  • You will manage the IKS software and monitor the regulatory environment, especially supervisory requirements in the ICT environment and financial market supervision.

Personality with Profile:

  • You have completed a degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualifications, along with several years of professional experience in risk or compliance management.
  • Regulatory compliance and risk controlling are familiar territory for you.
  • You possess a high degree of initiative and organizational skills.
  • You are familiar with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • You have fluent German language skills (minimum C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
  • CISSP, CRISC, ITIL, and/or COBIT are not mandatory but provide a good foundation for your work.

Our Benefits at a Glance: In addition to an attractive collective agreement salary and 30 days of vacation, we offer the following benefits:

  • Flexible Working: We work in a balanced hybrid mix of remote work and presence in modern office spaces (Activity Based Working).
  • Work-Life Balance: With our individual working time models (e.g., part-time, full-time option between 30-40 hours) and our long-term working account (sabbatical and/or pre-retirement leave), you'll find the right balance.
  • Balancing Private Life and Career: We offer a family budget and support in special family situations (e.g., caring for family members).
  • Individual Benefits: You can choose between bike leasing, IT hardware leasing, capital-forming benefits, and/or an additional day off, as well as a company pension plan and other options.
  • Onboarding: We welcome you at our #enter event; a structured onboarding with a mentor and regular feedback sessions with your People Lead await you.
  • Health Management - Health, Family and Life: Through our offers and collaborations (e.g., with Familiengenossenschaft and voiio), we accompany and support you. Enjoy diverse meals in our company restaurants and connect through our sports activities.
  • Career Model and Further Training: In our development dialogues, you will discuss your professional, methodological, and personal career goals and pursue them through our diverse training opportunities.
  • Our Corporate Values: Respectful, open and honest, self-responsible, for each other, and results-oriented – guided by team spirit and the desire for innovation and intensive knowledge exchange.
  • Future and Job Security: As a cooperative company with decades of experience, we are pioneers of digital transformation in the banking world and a systemically relevant employer.
