Your Tasks

For our Omnichannel business unit within the Content, Individualization, Apps Tribe, we are looking for you in Aschheim as a Senior Business Analyst Content Management (m/f/d). This position is limited to 1 year. You will be assigned to the Content Management Chapter/Squad, where you will collaborate with 30 colleagues across locations and with diverse interfaces.

Tasks with Perspectives

• Actively support the creation and operationalization of the CMS target vision and the strategic roadmap for our Content Management.
• Analyze complex requirements, prepare decision papers for road management, and coordinate closely with involved Squad Owners and stakeholders.
• Ensure transparency of delivery progress by monitoring and making PI Objectives and strategic capabilities visible to all participants.
• Identify dependencies between Content Squads and help resolve overarching impediments to ensure smooth roadmap implementation.
• Coordinate target vision-related activities between service areas and ensure that end-user requirements and regulatory frameworks are met.

Your Profile

Professional Requirements

• Completed studies in Computer Science (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or Business Administration, along with several years of relevant professional experience in Business Analysis, or a comparable qualification.
• Deep understanding of modern CMS systems and the ability to translate complex market requirements into a future-proof, strategic content infrastructure.
• Sound knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Spotify model) and a keen sense for orchestrating delivery streams across different units.
• Negotiation-level German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English language skills (B2 level).
• High level of abstraction, negotiation skills with stakeholders, and an independent, structured way of working.

Personal Skills

• Self-motivation, Coordination, Solution-oriented, Sense of responsibility.

Education Level

• Bachelor's degree.

• German, English.
