For our Data, Security and Identity business unit within the Advanced Intelligence Tribe, we are looking for you to join us full-time or part-time (min. 30 hours/week) as a (Sr.) Software Developer Python (m/f/d) in Karlsruhe or Munich. You will collaborate with colleagues across locations and with diverse interfaces.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for and contribute to the conception and implementation of new products and features in the AI / Smart Data area, focusing on backend processes.
• You will work on the continuous development and implementation of functional components in AI-related software development.
• You will implement the machine learning models of our data scientists into services and successfully bring them into production (cloud and non-cloud).
• You will independently ensure test automation, optimize performance, and consider current security requirements within our demanding regulatory environment.
• You will be part of a highly motivated and agile, cross-functional team, taking on development tasks from requirements analysis through development to maintenance and support of new AI solutions and products.

Requirements

• You hold a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification, along with many years of professional experience.
• You have excellent knowledge of software development with Python and possess strong coding skills in other AI-related programming languages.
• You are familiar with complex environments involving build pipelines, containers, and automated processes, and you bring SQL knowledge and experience in data engineering.
• You are motivated to work in an agile environment, demonstrating an independent, self-responsible, and team-oriented approach that you apply within the tribe and across other service and business areas.
