Your Responsibilities

In our Service Field Sales and Client Engagement within the Tribe Solution Management, we are looking for you as a Solution Manager (m/f/d) in full or part-time (min. 30 hours/week) in Karlsruhe or Münster.

Responsibilities with Perspective:

• Steering and continuous development of interdisciplinary introduction management for our solutions in banks.
• Ensuring high-quality customer experiences through coordination of a concerted market launch in close collaboration with our partners in business fields, account management, consulting, associations, and other stakeholders.
• Developing holistic, media- and tool-supported, scalable sales and dialogue concepts – aligned with strategy, target picture, and the customer's initial situation – and independently planning and managing projects in the sales environment.
• Representing Atruvia's introduction management through the conceptual design and moderation of customer events (digital and in-person).
• Quickly familiarizing yourself with new subject areas and presenting findings in customer meetings as needed.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, (Business) Mathematics, or a similar field with several years of professional experience in a comparable role.
• Consulting experience in the financial industry with a strong understanding of the requirements and working methods of banks in a challenging market environment.
• Very good (user) skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly excellent methodological skills in PowerPoint for effectively presenting complex issues, professional visualization, and convincing others of your concepts, results, and ideas.
• Team player with strategic-creative thinking, strong networked understanding, and well-developed social and personal competencies.
• Enjoy presenting, even to larger audiences.
• High quality awareness combined with a fast working pace, high flexibility in terms of time/location, and willingness to travel.
