Talent Lead, Munich (Hybrid)

Salary: €70,000 - €95,000 + benefits

We are seeking a Talent Partner/Lead for an exciting, fast-growth UAV/robotics scaleup based in Munich. This company has doubled in size recently and is looking to invest in an experienced Talent Lead to drive growth and unlock top talent in autonomous flight, spatial AI, and robotics.

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Partner who goes beyond traditional recruitment. While LinkedIn sourcing is important, we need a Talent professional who excels at problem-solving, thinks outside the box, and takes extra measures to attract the top 1% of candidates. This involves building networks and communities through universities, clubs, and other unique talent channels to ensure deep exposure and access to the best talent across various roles.

You will be passionate about positioning the company as a top employer in Munich and building a robust talent engine and employer brand. Leverage agentic capabilities to optimize workflows and take pride in being a go-to recruiter for multiple technical roles.

Experience

  • Strong background in technical recruiting, ideally within startups or the fields of robotics, UAV, or spatial AI (highly desirable).
  • Ability to handle ambiguity with a hands-on, problem-solving approach and enjoyment for working at pace.
  • Deep sourcing experience across LinkedIn and other unique, proactive methods.
  • Familiarity with Ashby, Juicebox, or similar platforms.
  • Instinct for hiring candidates in high-impact, technically complex fields.
  • German language skills required.
