We are looking for new experts nationwide in our office (Berlin/Mainz) or in a home office (nationwide).

Deine Aufgaben

  • You manage the entire sales process: from initial contact (warm acquisition) to in-depth, individual consultation and sales closing.
  • You remain in contact with our partner acousticians throughout the entire consultation period, thus ensuring the hearing success of our customers as part of the bilateral consultation approach.
  • For your personal success, you keep track of your KPIs and skillfully apply your ambitious and structured way of working.
  • Your experience in dealing with CRM systems helps you to efficiently coordinate your tasks and thus guarantee the best possible advice for your customers.

Dein Profil

  • You have professional experience in sales or customer consulting, ideally with products or services that require explanation.
  • You are a passionate sales talent and always keep the needs of your customers in mind.
  • You don't give up at a first "no" because you enjoy the challenge and want to exceed your own goals.
  • You are motivated by teamwork and enjoy motivating yourself and others.
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
  • You want to sustainably change the acoustics industry through digitalization.
