Werkstudent Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

• Number Cruncher: Support in preparing financial reports and analyzing deviations between actuals, budget, and forecast, including preparing ad-hoc analyses as a basis for decision-making.
• Management Support: Preparation of meaningful presentations and documents for management.
• Budget Co-Pilot: Active support in the annual budgeting process and participation in the preparation of mid-year forecasts.
• Structure Pro: You will consolidate financial data from various sources, prepare it in a structured manner, and maintain and optimize our controlling tools and models (e.g., Google Sheets / MS Excel).
• Special Projects: Undertake smaller independent projects, particularly in the area of process optimization.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Study Background: Ongoing studies in an analytically oriented field such as Business Administration/Economics (Controlling or Finance), Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable course of study.
• Number DNA: You have a strong affinity for numbers and strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a high degree of diligence.
• Tool Skills: Very proficient in using MS Excel / Google Sheets, including complex formulas, and proficient in MS PowerPoint or Google Slides for creating presentations.
• Language Skills: Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
