About the Role
Our Retail Quality Team is responsible for the technical partner network at Autohero. As a KFZ-Mechatroniker - Serviceberater im Büro (d/m/w), you will ensure the quality standards of our vehicle preparation through damage assessments, cost estimates, and remote diagnostics. You will be a competent contact person for technical questions regarding our vehicles and work closely with our teams.

Responsibilities
- Approve repair orders for our vehicles.
- Reliably identify and assess damage to used cars, leveraging your affinity for vehicles.
- Take responsibility for administrative tasks, such as processing customer complaints.
- Create calculations with parts tracking via the logistics program, ensuring quality assurance and control of the data evaluated.
- Support our partner workshops and own refurbishment centers in technical support.
- Contribute significantly to the optimization of our vehicle preparation and further develop processes and standards.
Qualifications
- Background in automotive mechatronics; all automotive-related professional groups are welcome. An additional commercial apprenticeship is a plus.
- Experience with cost calculation and damage assessment or other comparable tools.
- Structured, independent, and team-oriented way of working.
- Very good German language skills, basic English knowledge, and familiarity with common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Flexible and quick comprehension, with a willingness to work at flexible locations.
