Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative (d/m/w) in Online Check-Out, you will be the first point of contact for all inquiries regarding vehicle orders, ensuring a first-class customer journey. Your friendliness and professional commitment will make car buying a great experience!

Your Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact and guide customers from online order to verification.
• Research the current status of orders in close cooperation with colleagues from other departments and ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
• Maintain an overview of upcoming tasks at all times and set priorities as a team.
• Contribute to customers receiving their new car as quickly as possible – delivered directly to their doorstep via our unique glass truck!

Your Qualifications

• First experience in private customer support, enjoy talking and chatting, and have a passion for customer service.
• Excellent time management and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Team player with a hands-on mentality and quick comprehension.
• Fluent German (written and spoken); English skills are an advantage.
• Confident use of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
• Proficient in 10-finger typing and several years of remote work experience are beneficial.
