What Awaits You:

  • Central point of contact for our customers: You'll accompany our customers regarding their ongoing financing and insurance and support them with all relevant concerns.
  • Active support with payment difficulties: In telephone and written contact with customers in challenging financial situations, you'll make an important contribution to supporting our investors.
  • Individual solution finding for borrowers: You'll develop suitable solutions with our borrowers for their repayment challenges, thus contributing to stable customer relationships.
  • Processing diverse customer inquiries: Whether via email, chat, post, or phone, you'll respond competently, reliably, and with a focus on service to all inquiries.
  • Collaboration with external partners: You'll handle correspondence with our external service providers in debt management and ensure a smooth flow of information.
  • Interface function within the company: You'll work closely with upstream and downstream departments and ensure efficient forwarding and processing of customer inquiries.
  • Internal voice of our customers: You'll represent the interests of our customers within the company and help improve processes and decisions from a customer perspective.

What You Bring:

  • Qualified education and professional experience: You have completed commercial training and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in debt management, customer service, or banking.
  • Strong passion for customer satisfaction: You enjoy interacting with people and do everything you can to create positive customer experiences.
  • High commitment and motivation: You work with dedication, reliability, and bring a positive attitude to your workday!
  • Strong affinity for digital platforms: You feel comfortable in online environments and can easily empathize with the perspective of customers and technical systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy: Your sociability and empathetic nature help you to approach different people professionally.
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken: You express yourself clearly, confidently, and understandably, both verbally and in writing.
  • Composure in challenging situations: You remain calm and solution-oriented even in difficult conversations or during high workloads.
