Work Model: Hybrid Location: Lisbon -- LACS Santos Start Date: 2 March 2026 (Other starting date options are available) Contract: Full-time

Role Overview

Senior-level role focused on digital marketing optimization, working closely with high-value customers. The position requires hands-on expertise in Google Ads optimization and strong analytical skills to drive performance and measurable results.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 09:00 -- 18:00

Salary

• €23,000 gross per year + Benefits

Mandatory Requirements

• German: C1 level or higher (mandatory)
• Solid professional level of English
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of GNS -- Google Network Settings (mandatory)
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon
• Legal authorization to work in Portugal

Key Responsibilities

• Implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value clients
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Work with keyword strategies, bids, and budget recommendations
• Analyze data, trends, and KPIs to generate actionable insights
• Report on performance and optimization results
