IT Engineer - 3D Simulation & Pipelines (Unreal Engine/Python) (m/f/d)

Your Mission

Build and deliver scalable 3D simulation environments and automation pipelines for customer projects

• Create virtual worlds using our proprietary software alongside modern 3D editing and simulation tools.
• Work with huge enterprises players on large-scale projects with constantly adapting technologies
• Work with Python and Unreal Engine to develop tools and automation for 3D world generation and simulation workflows.
• Contribute to simulation workflows using CARLA in Unreal Engine to support autonomous driving and AI development.
• Work with our CPO and Product Manager on planning, executing and continuously improving project delivery.

Your Profile

Combine strong Python engineering with hands-on experience in 3D tools and simulation environments

• Hands-on experience with 3D software, simulation tools or visualization systems as well as experience with Unreal Engine or other real-time 3D engines.
• Solid programming skills in Python and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Strong ownership and proactive mindset: you take initiative, push solutions forward and actively improve pipelines.
• Experience with large projects for enterprise customers with numerous dependencies
• Strong attention to detail when validating the accuracy and quality of 3D assets and simulation environments.
• Proven ability to build, debug and maintain complex pipelines consisting of multiple dependencies.
• Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a plus.
• Structured and solution-oriented problem solving: you investigate issues hands-on and continuously optimize workflows.
• Comfortable working closely with developers and product teams in an agile, startup-style environment.
