Your Mission

  • Build and deliver scalable 3D simulation environments and automation pipelines for customer projects

  • Create virtual worlds using our proprietary software alongside modern 3D editing and simulation tools.

  • Work with Python and Unreal Engine to develop tools and automation for 3D world generation and simulation workflows.

  • Design, build and optimize pipelines that transform geospatial and 3D data into simulation-ready environments and accelerate project delivery.

  • Contribute to simulation workflows using CARLA in Unreal Engine to support autonomous driving and AI development.

  • Support and extend pipelines connected to NVIDIA Cosmos workflows for large-scale simulation and synthetic data generation.

  • Work with our CPO and Product Manager on planning, executing and continuously improving project delivery.

Your Profile

  • Combine strong Python engineering with hands-on experience in 3D tools and simulation environments

  • Solid programming skills in Python and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail when validating the accuracy and quality of 3D assets and simulation environments.

  • Familiarity with road network formats like ASAM OpenDRIVE or other HD-map formats is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine or other real-time 3D engines as well as experience with 3D software, simulation tools or visualization systems.

  • Proven ability to build, debug and maintain complex pipelines consisting of multiple dependencies.

  • Experience analyzing crashes, logs and runtime issues and developing effective workarounds.

  • Familiarity with CARLA simulator or similar simulation environments is a strong plus.

  • Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, Cosmos workflows or synthetic data pipelines is a major advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of C++ is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a plus.

  • Strong ownership and proactive mindset: you take initiative, push solutions forward and actively improve pipelines.

  • Structured and solution-oriented problem solving: you investigate issues hands-on and continuously optimize workflows.

  • Comfortable working closely with developers and product teams in an agile, startup-style environment.
