BDR/SDR -- Cybersecurity (Fluent German Required) | Remote | Up To €52k Base (€75k OTE)

Our client is one of the fastest-growing players in cybersecurity, backed by significant recent funding and experiencing exceptional growth across both headcount and revenue. They're building a next-generation, AI-driven security operations platform that's already gaining strong traction with enterprise customers across the US and Europe.

With a high-energy, ambitious culture and a laser focus on innovation, they're now looking to hire a hungry BDR/SDR to help fuel continued expansion - particularly into DACH and European enterprise markets.

🚀 The Role

This is a pure hunting role. You'll be the tip of the spear - identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across enterprise accounts. You'll work closely with Account Executives and the broader Sales team to build pipeline and open doors at some of the world's most complex organisations.

🔧 What You'll Do

  • Own outbound prospecting across targeted enterprise accounts via phone, email, and social
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into pipeline opportunities
  • Book high-quality discovery meetings for Senior AEs
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and craft personalised outreach
  • Engage prospects in English and German - you'll be covering DACH and European markets
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine outbound messaging and sequences

🧠 What You'll Bring

  • 1--3 years of BDR/SDR experience, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS
  • Fluent German (written and spoken) - this is essential
  • You're a natural on the phone - confident, persistent, and consultative
  • A hunter mentality - you love finding new opportunities and don't wait for leads to come to you
  • Strong written communication and the ability to tailor messaging to different personas
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time and activity
