We are looking for a Project Manager (f/m/d) for our Munich location.

Where will you be working?

TRUST Promotion GmbH, Schleißheimer Str. 156, 80979 Munich. TRUST Promotion, with locations in Munich and Berlin, provides personnel for trade fairs, congresses, events, and roadshows across Europe. Expect interesting trips!

Your Responsibilities

• Independent project planning, management, and control, as well as cost calculation
• Staff recruitment, planning, and provision (hostesses, promoters, helping hands, service staff)
• Management of pitch and briefing processes, including presentation to the client
• Coordination of suppliers or external partners
• Support in the organisation and implementation of castings and training courses
• Handling and logistics of promotional and event equipment and clothing
• Database maintenance
• Timely billing management with our customers and suppliers

Your Profile

• Initial practical experience in the agency sector (personnel, events)
• Know how to deal with people, have sensitivity and the right instincts
• Excellent written, spoken, and formal German
• Very communicative, organisational talent, committed, positive presence & appearance
• Knowledge of English
• Fun and pleasure in dealing with staff
• Stress-resistant, resilient
• Experience as a host/ess, promoter, service employee
• Driving licence
• Experience with Mac OS an advantage
• Full-service mentality
• Flexibility in working hours and required business trips
