Your Responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and support them in the optimal use of our devices via telephone.
  • You help our customers with the analysis and troubleshooting of the devices.
  • You forward customer concerns using the ticketing system and support their prompt processing.
  • No acquisition, no sales, no call center activity.

Your Profile

  • You are an enrolled full-time student without restriction to a specific field of study.
  • You have native German language skills.
  • You have good English language skills.
  • You have the possibility to reach our office in Cadolzburg.
  • You want to work full-time during semester breaks and 15-20 hours per week during the semester.
