The Role

As a Junior Company Builder, you will work across projects in marketing, product, operations, and growth. You'll help us validate ideas quickly, build scrappy prototypes using AI and no-code tools, support with website creation, and bring structure to projects that move fast.

This is the ideal role for someone who loves startups, learning by doing, and turning ideas into reality quickly.

Your Profile

• Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) in business, marketing, tech, entrepreneurship --- or simply someone very entrepreneurial regardless of study path
• Strong "get things done" mentality and a hands-on, pragmatic approach
• Comfortable using AI tools (eg. Lovable, n8n, Claude, ...)
• Curious, resourceful, structured, and proactive
• Able to work independently and figure things out quickly

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, executing, and improving company-wide initiatives
• Build landing pages and websites using AI and no-code/low-code tools
• Support growth experiments (ads, funnels, user engagement tests, email flows)
• Analyse data and extract actionable insights
• Support the marketing & medical operations teams with research and content tasks
• Help operationalise new ideas --- from concept to execution
• Organise and document processes so projects move forward smoothly
• Collaborate closely with the founders and cross-functional teams
