As a tax expert, you will develop individual consulting concepts in close collaboration with the responsible partner and oversee their implementation until completion. You will develop tailor-made solutions and strategies to successfully guide companies through sensitive transition phases. You will lead our clients through tax and legal challenges and support them as a trusted partner. In this role, you will act as an inter-site consultant for the LKC Group. Your professional base could be in one of our partner firms in Regensburg (AWP), Augsburg (GRP Günter Reitmayer GmbH & Co. KG), or Munich, depending on your personal and family preferences. Your consulting mandates will be generated by firms within the LKC Group, allowing you to handle supra-regional assignments, with a focus on the southern German region. In this role, you can apply your expertise in a dynamic environment and continuously develop professionally.\n\nYour tasks will include:\n\n* Preparation and operational implementation of corporate transformations, restructurings, and succession planning.\n* Tax law advice on business succession and support in drafting the necessary contracts and other legal measures.\n* Preparation of expert opinions and statements.\n\n### Your Profile\nYou are a team player and identify with the following points?
