Hiring: Real-World Data Science & AI Consultant (RWD DS&AI)

EU Region (Remote) | German (B2 ) Required |

We're looking for an experienced RWD Data Science & AI Consultant to join a high-impact initiative in the pharmaceutical & healthcare space.

This role is ideal for someone who can drive end-to-end AI & data science solutions --- from use-case definition to production deployment --- with a strong focus on real-world data (RWD).

What You'll Be Doing

🔹 Define DS & AI strategies, roadmaps, and use-case portfolios

🔹 Work with real-world data (EHR/EMR, claims, registries, PROs)

🔹 Design and validate ML models (predictive, NLP, time-series, LLMs)

🔹 Enable omnichannel analytics (NBA, segmentation, A/B testing)

🔹 Guide MLOps & production readiness (CI/CD, monitoring, model governance)

🔹 Ensure compliance & data governance (GDPR, audit readiness)

🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Commercial)

What We're Looking For

• 6 years in Data Science / AI within pharma, biotech, or healthcare
• Strong experience with Real-World Data (RWD)
• Proven delivery of end-to-end AI/ML solutions
• Exposure to MLOps / scalable deployments
• Strong stakeholder communication & consulting mindset
• German (B2 ) & English proficiency

Tech Environment

• Python | R | SQL
• AWS (S3, Athena, SageMaker)
• Power BI | CI/CD | Git
• FHIR | OMOP | Healthcare data models
