Project Manager at BairesDev

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee one or more medium/large Staff Augmentation projects, delivering specific products or transformations through multi-disciplinary, highly skilled engineering teams. This is your opportunity to lead complex technical initiatives, drive project profitability, and build strong client relationships while developing high-performing teams across global locations.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and monitor job results, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; coordinate and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures.
• Retain staff by maintaining a reliable and communicative work environment, developing personal interaction with team members, and seeking growth opportunities.
• Strategically analyze and improve billable utilization, planning capacity, and forecasting project profitability.
• Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting financial results, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Take a proactive role in identifying farming opportunities in existing clients and create and deliver value to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain organizational effectiveness and efficiency by following, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing technologies.

What we are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in the IT industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Location: Europe.
