Your Responsibilities:

• Lead Follow-up: Conduct telephone follow-ups for incoming customer inquiries and leads.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify potential customers and schedule test drive appointments.
• Customer Inquiries: Answer questions about vehicles, pricing, financing, and the ordering process.
• CRM Management: Maintain and document all activities in the CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvements based on customer feedback.

Your Profile:

• Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service.
• Skills: Strong communication, service orientation, and affinity for technology.
• Interests: Keen interest in electromobility and modern technologies.
• Languages: Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• CRM: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
