About this job
Your new tasks
✓ Creative and responsible design and management of the entire recruiting process as well as personnel marketing ✓ Conception and implementation of new, effective sourcing strategies and channels, as well as analysis and network building ✓ Identification and active, target-group-oriented approach of potential candidates through diverse recruiting channels (e.g. social media, direct approach, job boards, etc.) ✓ Preparation and execution of internal and external recruiting events (trade fairs, site tours, cooperations with universities, etc.) ✓ Active participation in the design and further development of an employer brand as well as in cross-divisional projects
What convinces us
