Job Description

Your Responsibilities

• Partial project management in B2B marketing, including strategic planning, steering, and implementation.
• Development and expansion of key accounts (retail) through building and maintaining sustainable marketing cooperations.
• International scaling of successful marketing approaches and measures for the DACH region, as well as Italy and France.
• Responsibility for contract management, including processing, coordination, and documentation of new sports partnerships.
• Planning, organization, and execution of dealer events and topic-specific events at the Zeulenroda site.
• Support and consulting for online retailers in the implementation and targeted promotion of our products.
• Close collaboration and interface coordination with B2C marketing and the Digital Unit.
• Maintenance, coordination, and training in the use of Digital Asset Management (DAM).

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on sports management or marketing, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in the sports equipment industry or sports retail, as well as sound market and industry knowledge.
• Solid understanding of key marketing channels and extensive experience with common marketing tools.
• Great interest in innovative products and technologies, coupled with a strong passion for sports.
• Confident and personable demeanor, hands-on mentality, and enjoyment in implementing creative projects within a team.
• Organizational talent combined with analytical thinking, a solution-oriented approach, and entrepreneurial action.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, with confident linguistic expression.
