About this job

Bauvio develops digital new construction projects from land and sells them exclusively to vetted investors. We combine land + new construction concept + investor = finished investment. To scale nationwide, we are currently building a strong network of real estate agents.

Responsibilities

You will win over real estate agents as exclusive Bauvio partners. You will contact agents from our database (and your own network), introduce our partnership via email + one-pager, and conduct short onboarding calls. Goal: Bring agents onto the platform → list land → sell the first project.

Specific tasks:

  • Contacting agents (email + follow-up)
  • Documenting all contacts in Pipedrive
  • Conducting short onboarding calls (approx. 20-30 minutes)
  • Registering agents on the platform
  • Supporting them until the first listed project

You do not sell land, you sell a free partnership with additional income for agents.

What makes you special You will receive 10% of what Bauvio earns on the agent's first project. Example: Bauvio earns €100,000 on a project → You receive a €10,000 commission.
