Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in the Property and Automotive Insurance Department

Berlin, Germany

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries (property and automotive insurance) in writing and by phone, ensuring complete resolution.
• Process new insurance applications and existing contracts.
• Act as a point of contact for colleagues, answering their questions and upholding our service promise.
• Participate in projects, take on special tasks, and lead meetings independently.

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship in the insurance industry (e.g., insurance clerk) or several years of experience in the insurance sector.
• Experience in composite insurance is desirable.
• Enjoy project work and teamwork.
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken) are required.
