Role: Sachbearbeiter (d/w/m) Versicherungen Vertriebsinnendienst

Location: Berlin, Germany

Your Responsibilities:

• Support sales through first-level telephony for affiliated sales and cooperation partners.
• Process contract-related transactions for intermediaries, concluding cases independently.
• Create offers for our insurance solutions.
• Communicate effectively and service-orientedly via standard media.
• Assist the team in optimizing processes.

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzen, Versicherungsfachmann, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in B2B telephone customer service.
• Proficient in contract processing and knowledge of private insurance sectors (focus on auto insurance).
• Team player mentality.
• Strong customer service orientation.
