Your Responsibilities:

• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative R&D environment.
• Design and build systems using TypeScript, Node.js, and React to interact with automated laboratory and greenhouse machinery.
• Design and maintain databases, develop SQL queries, and create JSON-based APIs.
• Actively contribute feedback during product design and specification processes.
• Take ownership of the full software lifecycle, including development, debugging, testing, implementation, support, and continuous improvement.
• Apply creativity and independent thinking to solve complex challenges in agricultural research. Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid experience in software development, database design, or server administration.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript with several years of hands-on experience.
• Strong expertise in SQL query development and relational database design.
• Experienced in developing JSON APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub Actions; experience with Docker and CI/CD tools is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, creative, proactive, and comfortable thinking outside the box.
• High energy, strong goal orientation, and a hands-on "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to collaborate closely with teams in a greenhouse environment and comfort working in high temperatures and elevated humidity when required.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written; English is the primary working language.
