Responsibilities
- You'll further develop the platform on which other developers build our product -- and thus be directly co-responsible for the platform's success.
- You'll develop our desktop and mobile apps based on Svelte, React, and Capacitor in a micro frontend environment.
- You'll be responsible for the further development, configuration, and maintenance of our products -- using Java 17 and Spring Boot.
- You'll ensure everything runs stably (downtime avoidance), performantly (fast response times), and securely -- even under high load.
- You'll find bugs, fix them (preferably before anyone notices), and help prevent them in the future.
- You'll develop concepts for new features and contribute fully.
- You'll work closely with product management, UX design, and project leadership.
Requirements
- You have experience in the following areas:
- React or Svelte
- TypeScript
- You ideally have experience with:
- Capacitor / other native apps
- Responsive Design
- Design Systems / Component Libraries
- Design Tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD)
- Automated Tests
- Experience in backend development with Java -- ideally in larger or distributed systems.
- You enjoy clean code, want to understand how things really work, and have an eye for detail.
- You are open to new technologies -- especially in the field of artificial intelligence -- and follow its development with interest.
- You have worked with agile methods before.
- You are reliable, enjoy working independently and in a team.
- You have C1-level German and solid English skills.
- University degree or apprenticeship? Sure, gladly -- but what you can do counts most.

- We'll then contact you within a week with our feedback. If your profile convinces us, you'll receive an invitation for an initial video interview a few days later.
