Junior Specialist PHA (all genders)

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate interdisciplinary teams to develop safety concepts for new technologies, products, and global investment projects.
• Conduct systematic safety analyses and develop protection concepts for complex production processes.
• Investigate root causes of incidents and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to increasing the availability of production plants.
• Perform safety-related commissioning audits.
• Support approval procedures for new plants and updates of existing permit documentation.
• Participate in internal working groups and external committees for knowledge exchange.

Who You Are

• Completed degree in engineering or natural sciences (Master's or Diploma), ideally with a PhD.
• Initial professional experience, preferably in plant safety and occupational safety. Experience in production, process engineering, or research with an interest in plant safety is also welcome.
• Demonstrated commitment, initiative, strategic thinking, assertiveness, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to EMEA sites.
• Ideally, qualified as an expert under 29a BImSchG.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
