Ihre Aufgaben

You lead and develop your team to deliver high-quality, cGMP-compliant microbiological testing
You oversee all QC Microbiology (QCM) processes and ensure accurate testing of products, materials, and environments
Driving continuous improvement of microbiological methods, workflows, and QCM processes is your responsibility
You manage the full lifecycle of analytical test methods and documentation
You support site operations by providing microbiological expertise to value streams, cross-functional partners and for product license applications.
Preparing for and represent your area during inspections and audits as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) is part of your function
You strengthen operational performance through structured KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making

Ihr Profil

You have completed a master's degree (or equivalent) in Biology (with a specialization in Microbiology) or a related life science; PhD is an advantage
You bring several years' experience in a GMP-regulated environment (ideally in the pharmaceutical or related industry) and in leading cross-functional or lab-based teams
Your strong expertise in microbiological testing, contamination control, and environmental monitoring sets you apart
You have a solid understanding of cGMP, regulatory expectations, pharmaceutical standards, and relevant compendia
Proficiency with analytical methods, laboratory equipment, and method lifecycle management are part of your skillset
You are a strong communicator, who fosters trust, creates psychological safety, and motivates teams to deliver their best
You think analytically, solve problems effectively, and remain focused under pressure
Your fluency in German and English (spoken and written) rounds off your profile
