As Senior Digital Transformation & Demand Manager (m/f/d), you will play a central role at the interface between business departments, IT, and external partners. You will support digital initiatives from the initial idea to successful go-live, ensuring that modern solutions create real added value.
Your Responsibilities
- You systematically gather requirements from the business departments, prioritize them, and translate them into technically and functionally usable concepts for IT.
- You independently plan and manage IT projects – from selecting suitable solutions to project coordination and successful implementation.
- You act as the central point of contact between business departments, the IT department, and external service providers, ensuring smooth information flow.
- You conduct selection processes for new IT systems, compare solutions, evaluate offers, and prepare decision-making bases for management.
- You support the business departments in formulating their requirements and provide technical and conceptual support in developing practical solutions.
- You advise on IT-related issues and ensure that new solutions are in line with the overall IT strategy and existing system landscapes.
- You actively participate in the further development of the IT strategy and contribute your perspective to the prioritization and design of future projects.
- You develop into a trusted contact person for business departments and managers, supporting them as a sparring partner in digital and strategic decisions.
Your Profile
- You have sound knowledge of requirements and project management and ideally experience with common methods such as Scrum, PRINCE2, or PMI.
- You have already worked in the real estate industry or in related areas such as financial accounting or treasury and are familiar with industry-specific processes.
- You are proficient in using SAP systems and can analyze and evaluate functional requirements in an SAP context.
- You have a good technical understanding and can translate functional requirements into data models and system architectures.
- You work in a structured manner, think analytically, and have a quick grasp of things.
- You take responsibility, set priorities purposefully, and have the necessary assertiveness to drive projects forward successfully.
