Sustainable business, long-term thinking, and reliability have always shaped our actions. This makes us Germany's number 1 in retirement provision.\n\nIn Bavaria, approximately one in five households has claims on the services of the Bavarian Pension Fund -- this means an important social role and responsibility for us. To meet this responsibility permanently, we bundle our expertise: As the largest public-law pension group in Germany, we jointly manage the affairs of twelve professional and municipal retirement provision institutions, which provide retirement, occupational disability, and survivor benefits for their policyholders. In addition to supporting over two million policyholders and pensioners, our core tasks include the profitable and secure investment of the assets of our pension institutions. We look back on 100 years of experience.\n\n### Responsibilities\n\n* Together with your team, you will take responsibility for our new ITSM Suite (SaaS solution) and support the introduction of the new platform.\n* You will assist in transferring existing work processes into the new ITSM environment, conceptualize new requirements, and implement them technically.\n* You will be responsible for implementing process changes in the low-code platform, developing workflows, (partially) automated processes, and service requests, expanding integration methods (APIs), and creating ITSM or KPI reports and analyses.\n* You will participate in carrying out regression and quality tests as part of the ITSM application staging and SaaS deployment by the manufacturer.\n* You will design and implement software prototypes for coordination with the Product Owner ITSM and other stakeholders.\n* You will ensure the availability and performance of the ITSM Suite, analyze errors, and resolve them.\n* You will work closely with the teams of our service provider, internal IT departments, and specialist departments.\n* As an Application Manager (m/f/d), you will train and advise users on the optimal use of the application.\n\n### Profile\n\n* You have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.\n* Alternatively, you have completed IT training and several years of relevant professional experience.\n* You have sound experience in the support and configuration of (ITSM) applications and system landscapes.\n* You possess knowledge in requirements analysis and the coordination of software upgrades.\n* Ideally, you have experience in agile working methods and certification in IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL v4).\n* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence characterize you.\n* Furthermore, you have very good communication skills and are able to explain complex technical content clearly and appropriately for the audience.\n* Teamwork, commitment, independent working style, and enjoyment of your work round off your profile.\n\n### We Offer\n\n* For your work culture: a future-proof and crisis-proof as well as modern workplace in Munich.\n* For your work-life balance: at least 60% of your working time (remote) from home with enough space for family and leisure, and flexible flextime arrangements without fixed core hours -- fitting your life.\n* For your development: Welcome week, in-depth further training opportunities, and regular exchange and feedback from your manager.\n* For your mobility: the subsidized Deutschlandticket, job bike leasing, or parking space -- depending on your needs.\n* For your recreation: 30 days of vacation, days off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, and up to 24 flextime days per year.\n* For your health: in-house company restaurant with freshly prepared dishes, health management, and a comprehensive sports and massage offer.\n* For your compensation: Payment according to pay group 11 TV-L, taking into account your professional experience, plus an above-tariff bonus with performance-related pay and a company pension plan financed exclusively by employer contributions.\n\nImportant note Please be advised that a valid work permit for Germany is required for non-EU citizens. Unfortunately, applications without a valid work permit and sufficient German language skills may not be considered.\n\nLNKD1_DE
