Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

  • You and your team will be responsible for our new ITSM Suite (SaaS solution) and will oversee the introduction of the new platform.
  • You will assist in transitioning existing work processes into the new ITSM environment, conceptualize new requirements, and implement them technically.
  • You will be responsible for implementing process changes in the low-code platform, developing workflows, (partially) automated processes, and service requests, expanding integration methods (APIs), and creating ITSM/KPI reports and analyses.
  • You will participate in conducting regression and quality tests as part of the ITSM application staging and the SaaS deployment by the manufacturer.
  • You will design and implement software prototypes for coordination with the Product Owner ITSM and other stakeholders.
  • You will ensure the availability and performance of the ITSM Suite, analyze errors, and resolve them.
  • You will work closely with the teams of our service provider, internal IT departments, and the business departments.
  • As an Application Manager (m/f/d), you will train and advise users on the optimal use of the application.

Your Profile:

  • You have completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
  • Alternatively, you have completed an IT apprenticeship and several years of relevant professional experience.
  • You have sound experience in the support and configuration of (ITSM) applications and system landscapes.
  • You possess knowledge in requirements analysis and the coordination of software upgrades.
  • Ideally, you have experience in agile working methods and a certification in IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL v4).
  • You are characterized by strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence.
  • Furthermore, you have very good communication skills and are able to explain complex technical content clearly and appropriately for the audience.
  • Teamwork, commitment, independent work ethic, and enjoyment of your work round off your profile.
