Programme Management Expert (w/m/d)

Do you want to support project management in the preparation, control, and monitoring of projects? Do you have many years of professional experience in national and international project management as well as in dealing with customers? Would you like to contribute to risk and opportunity management?

Your Responsibilities

  • Administrative support for project management in the preparation, control, and monitoring of projects
  • Monitoring and execution of deliveries/material disposition
  • Maintenance of project structure plans and schedules
  • Setting up eProcurement orders
  • Carrying out deadline checks and data analyses, determining project progress, and monitoring delivery and milestone plans
  • Participation in risk and opportunity management
  • Creation and management of reports and project data
  • Ensuring compliance with customs and export law requirements
  • Participation in the preparation and creation of project-related presentations

Your Qualifications

  • Completed studies or completed vocational training with corresponding additional qualifications or comparable qualifications
  • Professional experience in project management in an industrial environment
  • Sound experience in the use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and SAP
  • Experience in an international environment and in dealing with customers and partner companies
  • Knowledge of processes and methods in project management
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong reliability
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and a strong service mentality
  • Dedicated, structured, and team-oriented way of thinking and working
