Within B. Braun Melsungen AG, we are looking for a Change Control Coordinator (w/m/d) at the Melsungen site, to start as soon as possible, within the Research & Development (R&D) department of the Center of Excellence (CoE) Infusion & Pain Therapy (IPT) of the Hospital Care (HC) division.

In the global Change Control System, product & process changes are evaluated, planned, and implemented. These changes are accompanied from the application to the completed registration in the markets. Additionally, the necessary documentation for the changes is created within the Change Control process. The Change Control Coordinators (w/m/d) support the entire change process to ensure continuous global market supply.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for processing change requests. This includes evaluating changes by defined experts and planning tasks for the implementation of the change.
• You will support project managers (w/m/d) in ongoing change projects.
• Your other tasks include continuous monitoring of changes.
• You will advise the involved specialist departments and locations on the Change Control process.
• You will actively shape and optimize the Change Control processes.

Qualifications:

• You have successfully completed a commercial vocational training with additional qualifications.
• Experience in project management is desirable.
• Good IT skills such as MS Office, SAP, or B.Docs complete your profile.
• German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
