Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Germany Employer Relations Partner (Indian in Germany). The role involves building and nurturing relationships with employers in Germany to create opportunities for students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, connecting, and liaising with potential employers.
- Providing feedback to students and the organization on employment trends.
- Collaborating with academic advisors to support students' job placement efforts.
- Organizing networking events and facilitating interactions between students, employers, and alumni.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills to connect with employers in Germany.
- Familiarity with the German job market and recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote capacity.
- Experience in career services, HR, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of student needs and career aspirations in international education.
- Organizational skills to coordinate employer-student interactions and networking events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
