Your Responsibilities

• You will manage and further develop the Exchange Server environment (currently Exchange 2019), including configuration, maintenance, and monitoring.
• You will administer mailboxes, distribution lists, and permissions, and implement security policies for email communication as well as protection measures against spam and malware.
• You will analyze faults in 2nd level support and assist the helpdesk with more complex queries related to Exchange and Outlook.
• You will plan and oversee migrations and updates, ensuring transparency through structured documentation.
• You will collaborate closely with network, security, and helpdesk teams to ensure secure and stable IT operations.

Your Profile

• You have completed IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker*in Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification with relevant experience.
• You possess sound knowledge in the administration of Microsoft Exchange Server and are proficient in handling Outlook.
• You work confidently with PowerShell and ideally have knowledge in email security and Cisco-based mail systems.
• You have basic knowledge of network technology (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and understand complex interrelationships.
• You work in a structured, independent manner and convince with analytical skills, team spirit, and a high willingness to learn.
