Your Responsibilities

• Build and continuously develop a structured contract management system for complex customer relationships.
• Professionally prepare contract negotiations using templates, checklists, and data analysis.
• Actively participate in shaping complex framework agreements in close coordination with sales and management.
• Collaborate closely with various departments, contributing legal and economic perspectives.
• Contribute to optimizing processes related to pricing and contract management.

Your Profile

• Completed studies as a business lawyer (Wirtschaftsjurist:in) or in a business-related field with a legal focus.
• Sound knowledge of contract law, ideally complemented by IT law expertise.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in contract or project management.
• Analytical thinking, quick comprehension of complex contexts, and ability to present information appropriately for the audience.
• Entrepreneurial, customer-oriented mindset with high initiative.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, negotiation skills, and a good sense for viable solutions.
