The Berliner Feuerwehr was founded in 1851, making it the oldest professional fire brigade in Germany. With around 5,500 employees and 35 professional fire stations, it is also the largest professional fire brigade in Germany. Together with the approximately 1,500 members of Berlin's 59 volunteer fire brigades, the employees of the Berliner Feuerwehr give their best every day for the protection of the city and its people.

Your Tasks

• Independent project responsibility, control, and coordination
• Definition of project structures and consultation on them
• Planning, coordination, and execution of process surveys
• Process analyses and derivation of optimization needs
• Organization and execution of further training and imparting process understanding and methodical approaches

Your Profile

• Completed scientific university studies (Diplom or Master's degree) in project and process management, business/administrative informatics, economics, or industrial engineering
• Equivalent skills and experience gained in the course of relevant activities – particularly at the interfaces between administrative, organizational, and ICT-related task areas – which can be equated with the content of a required course of study
• Required experience in the following areas:
  • Process and project management
  • Project management (planning, coordination, moderation, presentation)
  • Change management
  • Application of process modeling software
