The Planning and Construction department - Environmental and Landscape Planning is responsible for the planning of open spaces on all properties and obtains nature conservation expert reports and permits for construction projects. Your Tasks

• Participation in determining the approval requirements according to nature conservation law, forest law, and environmental impact assessment law
• Creation of landscape conservation accompanying plans, FFH impact assessments, and species protection expert contributions
• Evaluation and balancing of interventions in nature conservation law and forest law in Berlin and Brandenburg
• Commissioning, managing, and monitoring external engineering and expert services in the aforementioned specialist areas

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Planning, Ecology and Environmental Planning, Nature Conservation, or Landscape Ecology, as well as relevant practical knowledge
• Sound professional experience in environmental planning
• Very good knowledge of the methods and instruments of environmental planning and nature conservation and species protection law
• Routine work with geographic information systems
• Driver's license class B
• Desirable knowledge:
• Structured and team-oriented way of working
• Confident and concise writing style
• Professional appearance towards contractual partners and stakeholders
• Solution-oriented negotiation with authorities

• Payment
